Volunteer

At Together Women, volunteers play an important role in supporting our clients, the organisation and in gaining invaluable experience at working in a gender specific setting.

Read some of their stories in our volunteer brochure below or download a copy here.

EACH VOLUNTEER PLAYS AN INVALUABLE PART WITHIN THE ORGANISATION

Volunteers have an opportunity to use their skills and experiences to help women work towards positive change. Volunteering is a rewarding experience and gives individuals the opportunity to build new skills and meet new people.

There are a variety of ways in which you can donate your time and skills to Together Women. Volunteers offer practical support, advice and guidance to the our service and to the women we work with.

In order to become a volunteer, it is essential for you to participate in a free training session, which will provide an understanding of the organisation and allow you to determine whether volunteering with Together Women is the right decision for you based on your skills and experience.
