Together Women is looking for an outstanding Centre Manager to run our busy, vibrant women center in Sheffield where you will provide strategic oversight and operational management of a range of services ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and maintained and budgets are appropriately managed.


Excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to manage a wide range of contracts are key attributes we are seeking, as is proven experience of working with project management methodologies and processes. Supported by the Chief Exec you will work alongside the senior management team to develop and implement the charities strategic business plan and contribute to the effective leadership of the organisation


We are looking for someone who will sustain and develop Together Women’s culture of continuous improvement, modelling and sharing the values of the organisation as we work together to support vulnerable women.
