Mental Health Anger Management Anger management courses take place at our Bradford Leeds and Hull centres. The group courses look at types of anger and it's causes, including sessions on recognising and controlling anger, its effect on relationships, and alternative methods to cope with frustration. Building Better Futures Building Better Futures runs at our Hull centre to improve confidence through developing teamwork, communication skills and self esteem. Confidence and Self-Esteem Courses run at our Leeds, Bradford and Sheffield centres, including sessions about healthy relationships, motivation & success and combating negative thoughts and anxiety. At Leeds our confidence building group, combines art therapy with confidence building techniques. Counselling Sessions 1:1 confidential person-centred counselling sessions are provided for customers at our Bradford centre. Mindful Mondays Mindful Monday runs at our Hull centre to take control of your mental health. Coping techniques for anxiety, stress and depression. Peace of Mind 1:1 confidential advice from the NHS City Mental Health Team at our Bradford centre, with self-health exercises.
