Together Women provides holistic services to vulnerable women and girls across Yorkshire, Humberside and the North West of England. We have women's centres in Leeds, Bradford, Hull, Sheffield and HMP New Hall. Our centres offer safe, women-only led spaces from which key workers and sessional staff provide needs assessments, action-planning, support and case management for women referred by a number of different agencies. Centres also provide a wide range of group programmes, sessional training, workshops and self help groups. Women can access mentoring support from trained peer mentors (former customers) and are encouraged towards personal growth and development. Our centres host co-located staff from other agencies (e.g. probation, alchol/drug treatment, housing etc) and we work closely with statutory partners in criminal justice, health and social care.
