Mental Health

We offer many different courses and groups to support women’s mental health and wellbeing.

Anger Management, looking at different types of anger and their causes, recognising and controlling anger, the effects of anger on relationships and alternative ways to cope with frustration.  Counselling Services, Improving Access to Pyschological Therapies (IAPT)

Alcohol & Drugs

Substance misuse can be a difficult but very real issue for many of the women who access our services and we offer gender-specific, trauma-informed support for alcohol and drug issues across Yorkshire and Humberside

Social Inclusion

Building Better Futures, to improve confidence through teamwork, communication skills and self-esteem.

Building Better Futures is a course facilitated by Together Women’s staff team, helping women to build their confidence through teamwork, communication skills and self-esteem

Creative Activities

Join us for a range of craft, cooking and creative social sessions at our Centres. No need to book – just turn up!

Knit and Natter

Sessions run by the Soroptomists at our Bradford centre. Learn basic knitting techniques. Make your own arts, blankets and bunting for your house and help us make display pieces for the centre. If you have a hobby bring it in and share it with this social group.

Daughters Of Eve

Daughters of Eve is a social group run at our Bradford centre.

The women meet once a week to share healthy recipes, engage in meditation, learn about self-massage and more.

The group focuses on the promotion of self-care and helping women to feel emotionally strong and empowered.
