Previously a government demonstration project Together Women is now an independent charity which works across the North of England supporting women and girls with multiple and complex needs.
We believe that vulnerable women can best be supported through empowerment and self-directed change. We identify strengths and build resilience, and believe that this can best be done in a gender-responsive, women-only environment. We have a strong ethic of customer service and believe that all customers who use our services have something positive to contribute.

TWP have entered into partnership with Wakefield Council to provide gender specific support for women at the point of arrest with a view to diverting women away from court and into support services to address reasons for offending so that they don’t re-offend. Following a years’ successful pilot project Liaison and Diversion in being embedded within the Leeds Centre and expanded to the Bradford Centre. TWP are looking to employ 2 Keyworkers to deliver the project.

1x Key Worker (scale point 21-24 19,817 – 21,067) – Leeds 

We are looking for individuals that are creative, proactive, passionate and committed to the needs of women. Also someone who is reflective and will make good use of supervision and support. The duties require the post holders to provide support for women to access interventions by mainstream and voluntary sector services through signposting to address inequalities which may lead a women to commit crime. Also this role entails partnership work with external agencies including the police, courts and other voluntary services we require individuals who are enthusiastic, team players and enjoy a challenge.
We are looking for people who will instil a culture of continuous improvement, through dialogue with service users and share the values of our organisation in supporting vulnerable women.
